Small Boxes

This is just an example of a few smaller boxes that I like to make. These gorgeous little boxes are all hand carved inside and out from various exotic hardwoods.
I usually use a polymerized Tung Oil finish for these pieces...creating a protective natural finish, which I then buff and wax to a brilliant shine. They are such an elegant way to hold your tiny treasures.
